SOUTHERN BREEZE Eastpoint, FL
Southern Breeze is a cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath home located only 15 minutes from St. George Island, Apalachicola, and Carrabelle . It is perfect for a family trip, girls getaway or a guys fishing retreat.
Our home offers 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 1 full bath, on site washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen (no dishwasher) and fully furnished living room. Smart TV's are available through out the home so you won't miss out on your favorite shows.
After a long day fishing or laying on the beach, you can relax on the front patio, furnished with a porch swing and chairs or hang out by the fire pit while grilling the days catch and enjoying your favorite beverage. Outside dinning is available on the back patio.
The Apalachicola Bay offers a large selection of fish so don't forget to bring your boat for some fun on the bay. We have plenty of parking for your boat and up to 4 vehicles.
Monthly rates are available during Fall and Winter months. Week minimum for July 4th.

With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and substantial decks overlooking the sand and sea, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.
The first floor of this incredible home offers three king master bedrooms, each with a 65" flat screen TV and a beautifully designed full private bathroom with double sinks. A sitting area with a wet bar/day kitchen is conveniently located between the two beachside master suites and the spacious deck can be accessed from each of these rooms. The third master suite, also with a private bath and double sinks, offers scenic views of the gulf while two separate bunk rooms, each with its own bathroom, round out the sleeping arrangements on the first floor.
Each bunk room features a nautical-themed double bed and double/single bunk bed along with a flat screen TV, making it an inviting hangout spot for kids young and old.
