If you’re up for a fishing experience in Apalachicola Bay in Florida, look no further! Captain Doug Chason is a passionate angler who’s been fishing all his life, and he’ll be happy to show you around the area and take you to some of his best fishing spots. His goal is to create a wonderful experience you’ll remember for years to come.

You’ll go out in his 25’ Champion center console boat, which is perfect for exploring the flats and inshore waters of the area. The boat can comfortably fit up to 6 people with 4 being able to fish at the same time. There’s also plenty of storage, so feel free to bring whatever you think you’ll need.

Capt. Doug will provide you with all the equipment you’ll need, and you’ll be using mainly Penn rods and reels. He’ll provide live bait, as well as a fishing license.

You’ll prowl the shallow waters of the area, targeting fish such as Redfish, Sheepshead, Flounder, Tripletail, and Speckled Trout. You’ll be doing a lot of casting, so it’s recommended that you have a little experience with it in order to get the most enjoyment out of your trip.
